We are a Full Service, Direct Sales and Wholesale agricultural retail business that sells products and services in 15 States and full service in three States.

We sell and market all ag inputs and also design and supply our own liquid fertilizer and nutritional blends. We believe in running a motivated, honest, and hardworking business that truly focuses on our growers needs to maximize their return on investment

Liberty Ag Solutions is a member of Novus Ag that has 33 LLC’s with many locations across many States bringing unique ag input solutions and services to growers. It is one of the fastest growing ag retail models in US.

We pride on taking care of our people and putting their families first. We have unique tools at Liberty Ag that streamlines most of our processes and grower interactions. We are growing in North Carolina, and we are looking for hard working, honest and common-sense people.

This position will be responsible for marketing and selling a full line up of agricultural input products. It is a strategic position that will fuel the individual that thrives on getting things done without complex levels of bureaucracy.

The requirements are:

• A minimum of 5 years of Ag Input sales experience
• Strong Crop Protection knowledge (herbicides, fungicides, insecticides)
• Must have a book of business
• Solid understanding of grower and supplier interaction with a proven track record
• Good understanding of nutritional’s and liquid fertilizer will be a welcomed
• Good computer skills and ability to learn how to support managing inventory
• Willing to help logistically move equipment and product
• Self-driven and out of the box thinker
• Honest and hard working

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
